Camellia Sasanqua, Paradise Blush, A vigorous upright evergreen shrub valued for luxuriant rich green foliage and extremally attractive white, blushed pink semi-double flowers.  Camellia sasanqua Paradise Blush is a beautiful and versatile evergreen shrub. One of the very best Camellia species for hedging and screening. Excellent for topiary and espalier. Foliage is a good mid to deep green and reasonably small which makes it well suited to clipping and pruning into semi formal hedges. Paradise Blush is a new release form renowned for its Long flowering. The main flush of flowers will be in winter, with spot flowering through the remainder of the year. Plant at 80cm - 1mt intervals for a dense screen at maturity.  Can be pruned to as low as 1mt tall and 50-60cm wide.  However will grow to 2-2.5mt if left unchecked. Grows best in a partially shaded protected area of the garden.  Mulch well when planting to help keep roots moist and cool.
