Acer davidii, commonly known as the Snake Bark Maple, is a striking deciduous tree prized for its unique green bark with white vertical striations, resembling snake skin. Growing to around 6–10 meters tall and 4–6 meters wide, it has an elegant, spreading habit with lush, ovate green leaves that turn golden-yellow to red in autumn. In spring, it produces small, inconspicuous flowers, followed by winged seeds in late summer.
