Westringia Blue Gem™ is a vibrant deep blue flowering form of Westringia. Its growth habit is very dense and bushy, making it ideal for low hedging. Explosion of blue flowers in Spring and then sporadically through the year.
Terrific feature plant in native gardens or use as border planting. At maturity expect Blue Gem Westringia to reach 1.5mt tall and 1mt wide. Plant in a full sun position in well drained fertile soil. Use mulch to help keep moist. However they are considered extremely drought tolerant.
Some pruning will help keep dense and bushy.
Will benefit from feeding twice per year with a complete
plant food and or liquid
