To grow Hebe Icing Sugar, choose a location with well-drained soil and full sun to partial shade. Plant the shrub at the same depth as it was in the nursery container, spacing multiple plants about 18 to 24 inches (45 to 60 cm) apart. Water regularly to keep the soil evenly moist but not waterlogged.

Mulching around the base will help retain moisture and suppress weeds. Prune lightly after flowering to maintain a tidy shape. With proper care and protection from harsh winters, Hebe Icing Sugar will provide year-round interest to your garden.
