One of our favourite groundcover varietiesOnline Plants use Grevillea gaudi chaudi extensively in our own landscape projects. A prostrate shrub with lobed leaves. New growth is bronze-red. The crimson toothbrush flowers owe their shape and colour to both parents. They are rich in nectar and attract honeyeaters. Will cover an area of at least two metres and could be cultivated on embankments or bare areas that need a dense ground cover.

Grevillea Gaudi Chaudi is a hardy shrub that is relatively easy to grow, provided that it is given the right conditions. Here are some tips for growing this plant:

Light: Grevillea Gaudi Chaudi  prefers full sun to partial shade. In areas with hot summers, it may benefit from some afternoon shade to protect it from intense sunlight.
Soil: This plant requires well-draining soil. If your soil is heavy or tends to retain water, amend it with compost or other organic matter to improve drainage. Grevillea Gaudi Chaudi  can tolerate a wide range of soil types, from sandy to clay, as long as it is well-draining.
Water: Once established, Grevillea Gaudi Chaudi is drought-tolerant and does not require frequent watering. Water deeply once or twice a week during the first growing season to help the plant establish a strong root system. After that, water only during extended periods of dry weather.

Fertilizer: This plant does not require a lot of fertilizer, but you can give it a boost by applying a slow-release fertilizer in the spring. Avoid fertilizers high in phosphorus, as they can lead to nutrient imbalances in the soil.

Pruning: Grevillea Gaudi Chaudi  benefits from regular pruning to encourage bushiness and promote new growth. Prune back any dead or damaged branches as soon as you notice them, and remove any growth that is blocking sunlight from reaching the interior of the plant. You can also prune the plant to control its size and shape, but be careful not to remove too much foliage at once, as this can stress the plant.
